T 페르세이는 페르세우스자리에 위치한 붉은 초거성이다.8.3과 9.7의 크기마다 밝기가 다르며 이중 클러스터의 구성원으로 간주된다.

T 페르세이는 H와 χ 페르세우스 오픈 클러스터 주변의 페르세우스 OB1 협회의 일원으로, 성단 중앙에서 북쪽으로 약 2도 떨어져 있다.그것은 일반적으로 성단의 외딴 구성원으로 취급된다.[8]또 다른 붉은 초거성 더블클러스터 멤버인 S 페르세이와 반도 떨어져 있다.

T Per는 반정형 가변 항성으로, 2,430일 동안 밝기가 진도 8.34에서 9.7까지 다양하다.[3]많은 붉은 초거대와는 달리 2차 기간이 길지 않은 것으로 보인다.[4][9]질량 손실률이 8×10−6 솔라_질량/년이고 검출 가능한 먼지 껍데기가 없는 적색 초거성에서는 상대적으로 활동성이 없다.[10]
