K(리신) 아세틸전달효소 6A(KAT6A)는 인간에서 KAT6A [5][6]유전자에 의해 암호화되는 효소이다.이 유전자는 인간 염색체 8, 밴드 8p11.21에 위치한다.[7]
단백질 기능
KAT6A[8] 단백질은 CHC23 아연 핑거와 아세틸전달효소 도메인이라는 두 개의 핵 국재 도메인을 포함합니다.이러한 구조는 KAT6A가 염색질 결합 [6]아세틸전달효소로서 기능함을 시사한다.KAT6A는 조혈모세포의 적절한 [9]발달에 중요하다.
아르볼레다탐증후군
KAT6A 증후군([10]Arboleda-Tham Syndrome)이라고도 불리는 Arboleda-Tham 증후군은 다양한 미스센스, 난센스, 프레임시프트 돌연변이에 의해 야기되는 상염색체 우성 발달 장애이다.이 증후군의 주요 특징은 발달 지연, 지적 발달 장애, 언어 지연, 소두증, 심장 이상, 위장 합병증이다.[11]
