Shc(GADS)의 GRB2 관련 어댑터 다운스트림으로도 알려진 GRB2 관련 어댑터 단백질 2는 인간에서 GRAP2 유전자에 의해 인코딩되는 37 kDa 단백질이다.[5][6][7]
함수
이 유전자는 GRB2/Sem5/Drk 계열의 멤버를 인코딩한다.이 부재는 백혈구 특이 단백질-티로신 키나아제 신호에 관여하는 어댑터성 단백질이다.관련 가족 구성원인 GRB2 관련 어댑터 단백질(GRAP)과 마찬가지로 이 단백질은 SH2 도메인을 두 개의 SH3 도메인 옆에 포함한다.이 단백질은 SH3 도메인을 통해 GRB2 관련 결합 단백질 1(GAB1)과 SLP-76 백혈구 단백질(LCP2)과 같은 다른 단백질과 상호작용한다.대체 PolyA 사이트를 활용하는 대본 변형이 존재한다.[7]
