아스파르타이트 아미노트란스페라아제(Aspartate aminotransferase, cytoplasmic)는 인간에서 GOT1 유전자에 의해 암호화된 효소다.[5][6]

글루탐산-옥살로아세틱 트랜스아미나아제는 피리독살 인산염 의존 효소로 각각 세포질 형태와 미토콘드리아 형태인 GOT1과 GOT2에 존재한다.GOT는 아미노산 신진대사와 요소삼카르복실산 순환에 역할을 한다.그 두 효소는 동음이의어로서 밀접한 동음이의어를 보여준다.[6]
