GRB2 관련 결합 단백질 1은 인간에서 GAB1 유전자에 의해 인코딩되는 단백질이다.[5]

함수

유전자에 의해 인코딩된 단백질은 IRS1과 같은 다선 도킹 단백질 계열의 일원이다.부호화된 단백질은 분지 튜불생식의 중요한 중재자로 세포 성장 반응, 변형, 세포 사멸의 중심 역할을 한다.다른 ISO 양식을 인코딩하는 두 개의 대본 변형이 이 유전자에 대해 발견되었다.[6]GAB1은 악성 B세포의 강장성 PAKT 활동에도 관여하며, 항원에 의한 BCR 자극을 존중하지 않고 PI3K 활성화를 유도한다.[7]
