보존된 과점골지 복합소단위 7 은 인간에서 COG7 유전자 에 의해 암호화된 단백질 이다.[5] [6]
다단백질 복합체는 골기 기구 구조와 세포내 수송 및 당단백질 수정의 핵심 결정 요인이다. 골지교통단지 (GTC)와 글리코실화반응을 일으키는 LDLC단지, 배실류 수송에 관여하는 SEC34단지 등 여러 단지가 확인됐다.이들 3개 단지는 동일하며 COG7(Ungar et al., 2002)이 포함된 보존과점골지( COG) 복합단지 로 불렸다. [OMIM에 의해 제공][6]
상호작용 COG7은 COG4 [7] , COG5 와 상호작용 하는 것으로 나타났다.[7]
