다단백질복합체는 골지체 구조의 주요 결정인자이며, 골지체 구조의 세포내 수송 및 당단백질 수식을 위한 용량이다. 골지 운반 복합체(GTC), 글리코실화 반응에 관여하는 LDLC 복합체, 소포 운반에 관여하는 SEC34 복합체를 포함한 여러 복합체가 확인되었다. 이 세 가지 복합체는 동일하며 COG5를 포함하는 보존 올리고머 골지(COG) 복합체라고 불린다(Ungar et al., 2002). [OMIM [7] 제공]
