CD2 관련 단백질은 인간에게 CD2에 의해 암호화되는 단백질이다.AP유전자.^[5]^[6]

함수

이 유전자는 액틴 시토스켈레톤을 조절하는 비계 분자를 암호화한다. 단백질은 여러 액틴 결합 사이트, SH3 도메인, SH3 도메인의 결합 사이트를 포함하는 프롤라인 풍부 영역을 통해 필라멘틱 액틴 및 다양한 세포막 단백질과 직접 상호작용한다. 세포질 단백질은 막의 주름, 지질 뗏목, 세포의 앞쪽 가장자리에 위치한다. 수용체 내포와 사이토키네시스 과정에서 발생하는 동적 액틴 리모델링과 막 밀거래에 관여한다. 이 유전자의 haploininopular는 글루머 질환에 대한 민감성에 관련되어 있다.^[6]
