중합효소 델타상호작용단백질 3은 POLDIP3 [5] [6] 유전자에 의해 인체 내에서 부호화되는 효소 이다.
이 유전자는 DNA 중합효소 델타 p50 서브유닛과 상호작용하는 단백질을 암호화한다. 이 단백질은 S6 키나아제 1의 특정 표적이며 세포 성장을 조절합니다. 서로 다른 단백질 아이소폼을 코드하는 두 가지 전사 변종이 확인되었다.[6]
