역사

2000년에 룩소프트는 드미트리 로스치닌의 지휘 아래 모스크바에 설립되었다.2008년에 Buchest에 ITC Networks를 인수하였다.[3]2013년 룩소프트는 보통주당 17달러에 410만주를 공모한 데 이어 뉴욕증권거래소에 상장됐다.[4]UBS Limited, Credit Suisse Securities (미국) LLC, J.P.
