FERM, RoGEF 및 플렉스트린 도메인 함유 단백질 1은 FARP1 ^[5]^[6]유전자에 의해 인체 내에서 부호화되는 단백질이다.

이 유전자는 원래 분화된 연골세포 대 탈분화된 연골세포에서 발현량이 증가했기 때문에 감산 교배를 통해 분리되었다.결과 단백질은 예측된 에즈린 유사 도메인, Dbl 호몰로지 도메인 및 플렉스트린 호몰로지 도메인을 포함한다.이것은 세포골격과 세포막을 연결하는 구성원을 가진 4.1 슈퍼패밀리의 일원인 것으로 추정된다.이 ^[6]유전자에 대해 별개의 아이소폼을 코드하는 2개의 대체 스플라이스 전사 변형이 발견되었다.
