큐빌린은 인간에서 CUBN 유전자에 ^[5]^[6]^[7]의해 암호화되는 단백질이다.

기능.

큐빌린(CUBN)은 내인자 비타민 B 복합체에₁₂ 대한 수용체 역할을 한다.수용체의 역할은 27개의 CUB 도메인이 존재함으로써 지원됩니다.큐빌린은 단백질 프로파일링과 전사체 ^[8]분석에 따라 제한된 발현 형태를 보이며, 기본적으로 신장과 ^[9]소장에만 존재한다.CUBN의 돌연변이는 상염색체 열성 거적아세포성 ^[7]빈혈에 역할을 할 수 있다.무양막과 큐빌린의 복합체가 큐밤 수용체를 형성한다.

임상적 의의

큐빌린은 신장암의 ^[10]잠재적 진단 및 예측 암 바이오마커이다.환자 생존 데이터에 따르면 종양세포의 큐빌린 수치가 높은 것은 신장세포암에서 ^[11]^[12]좋은 예후 바이오마커다.
