기능. A-키나아제 앵커 단백질(AKAPs)은 단백질 키나아제 A(PKA)의 조절 서브유닛에 결합하고 세포 내의 개별 위치에 홀로엔자임을 제한하는 공통 기능을 가진 구조적으로 다양한 단백질의 그룹이다. 이 유전자는 AKAP 패밀리의 일원을 암호화합니다. 암호화된 단백질은 정자 형성을 통해 성숙한 정자에서 높은 수준으로 발현된다. 고환에서 PKA의 RI 및 RII 서브유닛을 결합합니다. 정자 형성과 정자 [7] 기능에 대한 추정적 역할 외에 체세포와 생식세포 모두의 세포 주기 제어 기능을 할 수 있다.
