역사

2014년 어느 시기에 설립된 [1]Kaspersky Lab 보고서는 2016년 6월 손상된 서버 거래의 주요 허브로 밝혀졌다.2016년 5월 현재 7만624대의 서버가 판매됐다.[2]이 보고에 따라 사이트는 토르 다크 웹에 빠르게 다시 나타나기 위해 폐쇄되었다.[3][4][5]

서비스

손상된 서버는 온라인 도박, 전자상거래, 은행 및 결제처리장치, 온라인 데이트, 광고 네트워크, ISP 서비스, 이메일 서비스 제공업체, 웹 브라우저, 인스턴트 메신저 서비스 분야에 집중되었다.다양한 범죄 도구 제품들이 판매되고 있었다.[citation needed]

이 사이트에는 보안되고 검증된 데이터 목록과 표준화된 백도어를 사용할 수 있는 파트너 포털이 제공되었다.

셧다운

2019년 1월 유로폴, 유로저스트, 우크라이나 등과 협력한 미국과 벨기에 당국이 xDedic을 폐쇄해 사이트를 습격하고 도메인을 점령했다.[6][7]

2020년 1월 현재 FBI는 기계 인수의 희생자들에게 앞으로 나오라고 요구하고 있다.[8]
