VAV3
VAV3구아닌 뉴클레오티드 교환 인자 VAV3는 인간에서 VAV3 유전자에 의해 암호화된 단백질이다.[5]
이 유전자는 VAV 유전자 계열의 일원이다.VAV 단백질은 Ro 계열 GTPas에 대한 구아닌 뉴클레오티드 교환 인자(Guanine nucleotide actors, GEF)로, 세포골격계 재배열 및 전사적 변형으로 이어지는 경로를 활성화한다.이 유전자 생산물은 RoG, RoA에 우선하여 GEF의 역할을 하며, RAC1은 이러한 GTPases의 뉴클레오티드가 없는 상태와 최대적으로 연관된다.대안으로 다른 ISO 양식을 인코딩하는 분할된 대본 변형이 이 유전자에 대해 설명되었다.[5]
상호작용
VAV3는 Grb2와 상호작용하는 것으로 나타났다.[6][7]
