26S 프로테아솜 복합체 서브유닛 DSS1은 SHFM1 [4][5][6]유전자에 의해 인체 내에서 암호화되는 단백질이다.
기능.
이 유전자의 생성물은 염색체 7의 분할 손/분할 발 기형 궤적 SHFM1 내에서 국소화되었다.이종 사지발달장애 분할손/분할발 기형 1의 상염색체 우성형 유전자로 제안되었다.또한 BRCA2와 직접 상호작용하는 것으로 나타났다.또한 세포 [6]주기의 완료에도 역할을 할 수 있습니다.
