차드의 적십자사(프랑스어: Croix Rouge du Tchad)는 1983년에 설립되었다. 차드 은자메나에 본사를 두고 있다.

2018년, CRC 트레이너는 LFR 인터내셔널의 국제 연구자들과 협력하여 Am Timan에 레이 퍼스트 대응 프로그램(Lay First Responger Program)을 만들었다. 수사관들은 현지 오토바이 택시 운전사들에게 응급처치와 교통수단을 제공하도록 훈련시켰다. 12개월 이상, 최초 대응자들은 시골지역 아프리카 환경을 위한 비용 효율적인 병원 전 응급 치료 대안을 시연했다.[1]
