G단백질 시그널링 3의 조절제는 RGS3 [5][6][7]유전자에 의해 인체 내에서 암호화되는 단백질이다.
이 유전자는 G-단백질 시그널링(RGS) 패밀리의 조절기 멤버를 암호화합니다.이 단백질은 G-단백질 매개 신호 전달을 억제하는 GTP-효소 활성화 단백질이다.단백질은 주로 세포질이지만, G단백질 활성화는 이 단백질을 혈장막으로 전위시킨다.이 단백질의 핵 형태도 설명되었지만, 그 배열은 확인되지 않았다.이 유전자에 대해 여러 개의 대체 스플라이스된 전사 변이가 설명되었지만, 일부 전사의 전체 길이 특성은 아직 [7]알려지지 않았다.
