국민에게 주는 힘(이탈리아어: 포테르 알 포폴로(PaP)는 지난 2017년 12월 출범한 이탈리아 내 정당과 단체들의 연합체로 2018년 총선에서 공동선거로 출마했다.[8][9]

PaP의 가입은 성명서에서 "사회정치적, 반자유주의적, 반자본주의적, 공산주의적, 사회주의적, 환경주의적, 페미니스트적, 세속적, 평화주의적, 자유주의적, 남방주의적 좌파"로 묘사되는데, 그의 연정의 목표는 "일상적인 관행, 자주지배적 실험, 아는 것의 사회화"이다. 그리고 대중들의 참여"라고 말했다.[1]

역사

이 연합은 처음에 나폴리의 사회 중심지인 Ex OPG Je so's pazo에 의해 제안되었다.[10] 2016년 제소파조 페스티벌(제소파조 페스티벌)에서 [11][12]'대중파워를 건설하자'라는 명칭을 가진 제소파조 페스티벌(제소파조 페스티벌)은 2016년 9월 9일부터 11일까지 나폴리에서 열렸다.[13] 2017년 9월 7일부터 다음 해 9월 10일까지 나폴리 제소 파조 축제 – 2017이 있었는데, 이 축제는 "국민에게 힘!"[14][15][16][17]이라는 이름으로 불렸다.

2017년 11월 18일, 제소파조의 활동가들은 사회적 싸움과, 대표성이 없다고 스스로 느낀 개인, 사회 센터, 협회, 정당들의 생각을 대변할 수 있는 진정한 민주화 운동 건설을 위한 국회를 열었다.[18] 12월 17일, 이탈리아 공산당의 두 주요 정당인 공산당 재정비당과 이탈리아 공산당(PCI)[19]의 지원을 받아 연합군이 공식 출범했다.[20] 문맥상으로는 이날 엑 OPG 제소 파조의 오랜 활동가였던 나폴리 소재 대학 철학 연구원인 비올라 카로팔로가 2018년 1월 6일 국가대변인과 정치지도자로 선출됐다.[21] 지난 3월 4일 치러진 2018년 총선에서 PAP는 1.1%의 득표율로 무 의석을 얻었다.[22][23]

3월 18일, PAP는 그 프로그램을 계속하기로 결정된 국회를 열었다.[24]

PAP는 2019년 1월 차기 유럽의회 선거에서 독자 출마나 더 넓은 연대로 출마하는 방안을 검토했으나 결국 불출마를 결정했다.[25][26][27]

구성

현재 3개의 주요 정당이 포함되어 있지만, PaP는 원래 Ex OPG Je so's pazo 이외의 8개의 주요 정당으로 구성되어 있었다.[28][29][30]

또한 PaP 작은 파티, 동작, 사회 센터, 지역 노동 조합, 단체와 committees,[8][9][28][42]의 두드러진 것은 아니요 총체적 자산 판단의 클래시시 Workers,[43][44]대중 Front,[45]독립 해적 Movement,[46]Eurostop,[47][48]대표 등 많은, TAP은 아니 MUOS moveme movement,[50]movement,[49]을 포함한다.Nt[51]으며 TRIV 운동이다.[52] PaP is also connected with The Other Europe (AET), an electoral list organised by intellectuals, Left Ecology Freedom (SEL) and the PRC for the 2014 European Parliament election,[53] which elected three Members of the European Parliament (MEPs), including PRC's Eleonora Forenza, who along with SEL's Curzio Maltese is still affiliated with AET.[54] SEL은 이후 이탈리아 좌익(SI)에 편입돼 2018년 선거에서 자유 평등(LeU) 명단에 이름을 올렸다.[55][56]

PAP는 2017년 12월 창당한 뒤 제러미 코빈 영국 노동당 지도부를 지지하는 기구인 모멘텀과 장 뤼크 멜렌촌 대표가 "유럽을 위한 인민대안 건설을 위한 공동의 모험"[57]이라고 말한 라프랑스 인수미즈로부터 영감을 얻었다. In April 2018, PaP "lent its support" to Maintenant le Peuple, an alternative Europarty started by Mélenchon, Catarina Martins and Pablo Iglesias Turrión of the French La France Insoumise, Portuguese Left Bloc and Spanish Podemos respectively which was later joined by the Danish Red-Green Alliance, Finnish Left Alliance and Swedish Left Party.
