과수원 스포츠 부상 및 질병 분류 시스템(OSIICS, Oxecond Sports Bailed and Diseal Classification System)은 이전에 OSICS였던 스포츠 부상 및 질병에 대한 부상 분류 시스템이다.[1] 1993년에 처음 만들어졌으며, 스포츠 팀과 경기가 사용할 수 있는 무료(개방형 접근)이다. 그것은 세계적으로 사용되고 있는 두 가지 주요 스포츠 부상 분류 시스템 중 하나이다. 다른 하나는 스포츠 의학 진단 코딩 시스템이다.[3]

국제올림픽위원회(IOC) 채택

평가하기

스포츠 팀과 경기가 국제질병분류(ICD)와 같은 일반 의료시스템이 아닌 스포츠 특정 시스템을 사용하는 이유는 일반 의료질환 시스템이 더 많은 코드를 가지고 있지만 스포츠 상해에 대한 관련 코드를 포함하고 있지 않기 때문이다. OSICS는 ICD보다 스포츠 부상 코딩에 더 적합한 것으로 밝혀졌다.[24] 대부분의 질병 분류는 병원에 있거나 중대한 질병이나 사망을 초래하는 조건에 초점을 두고 있는 반면, 스포츠 의학에서는 운동선수가 경쟁할 수 없게 하는 조건(상해와 질병)에 초점을 맞추고 있다. OSICS는 여러 연구에서 효능을 평가받았다.[25][26][27]

역사

이전에 출판된 버전은 1993년 버전 1,[28] 1998년 버전 6, 2000년 버전 7, 2002년 버전 8,[29] 2007년[30] 버전 10, 그리고 더 최근에 버전 13을 포함한다.[31]

버전 10의 주요 업그레이드는 질병 코드를 더 많이 포함하고 코드를 4자로 확장하는 것이었습니다. 버전 13은 IOC의 합의문에 따라 범주를 조정하기 위해 다시 작성되었다.

제한 사항
