역사

2020년 6월 17일 호주의 투자회사 머큐리 캐피탈은 바우어 미디어의 호주와 뉴질랜드 [14][15]자산을 인수하는 일환으로 리스너를 인수했다.7월 17일, 머큐리 캐피탈은 리스너와 다른 이전의 바우어 출판물을 재개할 것이라고 발표했지만, 8월 중순까지 아무 [16][17]것도 일어나지 않았다.

2020년 9월 말, 머큐리 캐피탈은 바우어 미디어를 Are Media로 재상표하였고, The [2][1]Listener의 출판을 인수하였다.The Listener의 발행은 2020년 10월 10일부터 재개되었다.
