오카라족으로도 알려진 로티가족은 퀸즐랜드 북부 케이프요크 반도의 원주민이었다.

우슐라 맥코넬은 로리스톤 샤프가 언급한 오카라 부족이 [3]자타이카나 유형의 사회조직에 속할 경우 로티가족과 같을 수 있다고 제안했다.[4] 노먼 틴데일은 맥코넬의 단서적인 추측을 근거로 두 사람을 동일시했다.[1]
