Phosphatidylinositol-3,4,5-trisphosphate 5-phosphatase 2를 포함하는 SH2 영역은 인간에서 INPPL1 유전자에 의해 암호화되는 효소다.[5][6]

INPPL1은 inositol polyphosphate-5 phosphatase와 유사한 1을 인코딩하는데, 인산염 영역 외에 SH2(src-homology domain 2) 모티브가 들어 있는 단백질이다.[6]
