시진[Note 1] 구(중국어: 旗區區; 하뉴 피닌: Qijīn Qu; 통용 피닌: 치진 시우; 웨이드-가일스: 치치²-친니¹ chü; 홉키엔 POJ: k틴쿠)는 대만 가오슝 시의 구로서, 시진 섬(西津島[Note 2][18])과 남중국해의 섬들을 망라하고 있다. 가오슝 시에서 옌청 구에 이어 두 번째로 작은 구이다.

역사

후에 다카오 현의 일부로 보여지는 시진 섬이 된 지역, 그리고 2차 세계 대전 중 일본의 지배하에 있던 지역(AMS, 1945년)

시진은 17세기 중엽 어부 허아화(徐 ah華)가 세운 가오슝의 원핵을 이루고 있다. 그는 대만해협에서 태풍으로부터 피난처를 찾을 수밖에 없게 되어 흥, 왕, 차이, 리, 파이, 판 가문의 정착민들과 중국 바다여신 마쓰의 우상들과 함께 돌아왔을 때 위치의 매력을 깨달았다. 이것은 최초의 시진 톈후우 사를 형성한 대나무와 초창기 구조물에 보관되었다. 그 마을은 절터 주변에서 자랐다.[20]

HMS 레이너드는 1851년 5월 31일 프라타스 섬 근처에서 난파되었다.

시진도는 한때 남쪽 끝의 본토와 연결되어 있었으나, 1967년 이 고리가 단절되어 가오슝 항에 두 번째 진입점이 만들어졌다.

지리

시진도는 길이가 8.5km(5.3mi)로 평균 너비가 400m(1300ft)이다.[10]

남중국해의 2개 섬과 1개 암초는 가오슝시가 시진구의 일부로 관리하고 있다.[21][22][15]

'크로스 하버 터널'(중국어: 過港隧道)은 EBC[clarification needed] 팁에 있는 시진섬을 대만 본토 카오슝의 나머지 지역과 연결한다. 시진지구 역시 섬 북쪽 끝에 있는 시진페리부두와 섬 중간에 있는 중저우페리부두 등 두 개의 페리부두가 접근 가능하다.
