첼루스는 남아메리카에서 발견되는 민물거북의 한 속이다.
이전에는 단형속으로 여겨지던 이 종은 2020년 유전자 [2]분석에서 Chelus orinocensis가 확인된 이후 현재는 두 종으로 이루어져 있다.
