CNOT7CCR4-NOT전사복합체 서브유닛7은 CNOT7 [5][6][7][8]유전자에 의해 인체 내에서 부호화되는 단백질이다.CCR4-Not 데데닐라아제 복합체의 서브유닛이다.
기능.
이 유전자에 의해 암호화된 단백질은 항증식 단백질인 B세포 전위 단백질 1에 결합하고, B세포는 세포 증식을 부정적으로 조절한다.항증식성 단백질의 인산화로 구동되는 두 단백질의 결합은 세포분열에서 세포-세포 접촉과 관련된 세포 증식의 변화를 초래하는 신호 현상을 일으킨다.그 단백질은 생쥐와 효모 모두를 가지고 있다.이 유전자의 대체 스플라이싱은 다른 아이소폼을 [8]코드하는 두 개의 전사 변이체를 낳는다.
