247 체리는 뉴욕시 맨해튼의 로어 이스트사이드에 개발 중인 79층짜리 주거용 건물이다. 이 건물은 SHoP Architects가 설계했으며, JDS개발그룹이 개발하고 있다.[1] 이 건물에 대한 렌더링은 2016년 4월에 처음 출시되었다. 이 건물은 원 맨해튼 스퀘어와 인접하게 될 것이다.[2][3][4][5][6] 247 체리는 사우스 스트리트 269번지와 클린턴 스트리트 259번지의 다른 두 개의 고층빌딩과 함께 개발될 것이다.[6]

2016년 7월 구조물 인접 부지에 대한 소송으로 건물 개발이 중단됐다.[7][8] 개발자들은 2018년 7월 뉴욕시 지하철의 동부 브로드웨이 역 신설, 클린턴 스트리트와 이스트 리버의 연결, 인근 놀이터의 개조, 홍수 방지 업그레이드 등 몇 가지 개선사항도 담은 새로운 계획을 발표했다.[9] 시 기획위원회도 이 사업에 대한 표결을 예정했다.[10] 정치인과 풀뿌리 단체들이 반대했지만 도시계획위원회는 2018년 12월 이를 승인했다.[11] 이러한 발전은 2020년 2월 말 뉴욕 대법원 판사에 의해 저지되었다.[12]
