타프엘리(Welsh:Taf-Elai)는 1974년부터 1996년까지 웨일스의 지방 자치구였다.
It was formed in 1974 under the Local Government Act 1972, by a merger of the urban district of Pontypridd, along with Llantrisant and Llantwit Farde Rural District, the Taff's Well ward of Caerphilly urban district, the Llanilltern and Pentyrch parishes from Cardiff Rural District and Llanharan, Llanharry, Llanilid and Peterson-super-Montem parishcowbridge 농촌 지역 출신.
