우월한 횡인대(횡인대 또는 초인대)는 초인대 노치를 포아멘 또는 개구부로 변환한다.
그것은 얇고 평평한 피시클로서, 끝부분보다 중간 부분이 좁고 한쪽 끝은 코라코이드 공정의 기저부에, 다른 한쪽 끝은 경골의 내측 끝에 붙어 있다.
초감각 신경은 항상 포아멘을 통과하지만, 초감각 혈관은 대부분의 경우 인대를 교차한다.[1][2]
초혈관계 인대는 완전하거나 부분적으로 오식이 될 수 있다.인대가 갈라져 초혈당 노치 내에서 두 배의 공간을 형성하는 것으로도 밝혀졌다.[3]
