R-Ladies

R-Ladies는 R 통계 프로그래밍 언어 사용자 커뮤니티의 성별 다양성을 촉진하는 조직이다.[1][2][3]전 세계 조정 조직인 R-Ladies Global에 소속된 지역 지부로 구성되어 있다.

역사

조직

R-Ladies 미팅은 여성 또는 성 소수자(시스/트랜스 여성, 트랜스 남성, 비이벤더, 젠더퀴어, 아젠더, 팬젠더, 2-스파이트, 젠더-유체, 중성미자)로 식별되는 사람들이 주도하는 워크숍과 회담을 중심으로 구성된다.[8][12]조직은 조정되지만 분산되어 있으며, 공개적으로 이용 가능한 "스타터 키트"[13]를 사용하는 사람은 누구나 새로운 장을 설립할 수 있다.

R-Ladies 단체들은 그들의 행사와 지역사회에 포함시키는 문화를 촉진하는 것을 목표로 한다.[14][15]또한 컨퍼런스,[16][17] 직장 내,[18][19][20] 성소수자 간 협업,[21] 여성에 대한 데이터 분석 등에서 양성평등을 촉진하고 다양화한다.[12][22]
