비신앙자들과의 대화를 위한 교황청 협의회(라틴어: 폰티피슘 콘실리움 프로 dialogo cum non credentibus, PCDNC)는 가톨릭교회와 비신앙자들 사이의 대화를 촉진하는 임무를 맡은 로마 큐리아의 디카스테리였다.[3]
원래 '시크리트리아'로 명칭이 바뀐 것은 1988년 6월 30일 '폰티페셜 평의회'로 변경되었다.
는 1993년에 교황청 문화 평의회에 합병되었다.[1][2]
