PIK3CB
PIK3CB포스파티딜이노시톨-4,5-이인산 3-키나아제 촉매 서브유닛 베타 이소폼은 PIK3CB [5][6]유전자에 의해 인체 내에서 코드되는 효소이다.
포스포이노시티드 3-키나아제(PI3Ks)는 이노시톨 지질 이노시톨 고리의 3-프라임 OH 위치를 인산화한다.그들은 다양한 승모세포 자극에 반응하여 활성화에 의해 세포 성장을 조절하는 신호 경로의 참가자로 관여되어 왔다.PI3K는 PIK3CB와 같은 110kD 촉매 서브유닛과 85kD 어댑터 서브유닛으로 구성됩니다(Hu 등, 1993).[OMIM [6]제공]
