Operation Assured Response

보장된 대응 작전은 1996년 미군이 수행한 라이베리아에서의 비전투적인 대피 작전이었다[1].[2]1996년 4월, 당시 빌 클린턴 미국 대통령은 찰스 탈요르와 루즈벨트 존슨 지지자들 사이의 몬로비아에서의 충돌에 대응하여 라이베리아가 아닌 미국 시민과 시민들을 대피시키라는 행정명령을 내렸다.클린턴은 1996년 4월 11일 뉴트 깅리치 당시 하원의장에게 보낸 서한에서 자신의 행정명령을 설명했다.[3]
