NUDT3디포스포이노시톨 폴리인산포스포히드로라아제 1은 NUDT3 [5][6]유전자에 의해 인체 내에서 코드되는 효소이다.
NUDT3는 MutT, 즉 NUDIX 단백질 계열에 속합니다.누딕스 단백질은 AT-CG 전환을 촉진하는 8-oxo-dGTP와 같이 잠재적으로 위험한 중간체의 높은 수준을 방어하면서 뉴클레오시드 인산 대사 경로의 중요한 단계에서 항상성 검사점으로 작용한다(Safrany 등, 1998).[OMIM [6]제공]
