NEK2세린/트레오닌-단백질인산화효소 Nek2는 NEK2 [5][6]유전자에 의해 사람에게서 코드되는 효소이다.
상호 작용
NEK2는 MAPK1[7] 및 NDC80과 [8][9]상호 작용하는 것으로 나타났습니다.유사분열세포에서의 중심체 분리 및 양극성 방추 형성 제어 및 감수세포에서의 염색질 응축 제어에 관여하는 단백질 키나제.CROCC, CEP250, NINL 등의 중심체 단백질을 인산화하여 중심체로부터의 변위를 초래함으로써 중심체 분리를 조절한다.NDC80의 인산화를 통해 유사분열 시 키네토코어 미세관 부착 안정성을 조절합니다.CDC20 및 MAD2L1의 인산화를 통한 유사분열 체크포인트 단백질 복합체 조절에 관여한다.HMGA2의 인산화를 통해 제1차 감수분열 중에 염색질 축합에 활성적 역할을 한다.인산화물:PPP1CC;SGOL1,NECAB3,NPM1.키네토코어에 대한 MAD2L1 및 센트로솜에 대한 NPM1의 국재화에 필수적이다.Isoform 1은 G1/S-arrested 세포에서 NEK11을 인산화 및 활성화한다.핵에 존재하지 않는 Isoform 2는 [유니프로트]하지 않는다.
