바실란의 입법 구역은 필리핀의 여러 국가 입법부에 있는 바실란 주를 대표합니다.이 주는 현재 유일한 의회 선거구를 통해 필리핀 하원에서 대표직을 맡고 있다.
역사
바실란이 관할하는 지역은 별도의 대표권을 획득하기 전에 민다나오 술루(1917–1935), 삼보앙가 주(1935–1953), 삼보앙가 델 수르(1953–1972) 및 지역 IX(1978–1984)에 속해 있었다.
1948년 6월 16일 삼보앙가 시에서 분리되고 자체 헌장을 받은 후에도 바실란 시는 삼보앙가 주(공화법 제288호 [1]제42조)와 삼보앙가 델 수르 주([2]공화법 제7조 제11호 제7조 제4항)의 일부분으로 남아 있었다.
1973년 12월 27일 대통령령 356호가 공포되면서 바실란 [3]주의 영토 대부분이 바실란 주로 만들어졌다.바실란 시 자체는 P.[4]D. 840이 1975년 12월 11일 마침내 도시를 폐지할 때까지 현재의 이사벨라[3] 시내 지역에만 국한되었다; 말라마위 시와 함께 이전 도시의 영토가 이사벨라 [4]시에 합병되었다.새로운 주는 1978년부터 1984년까지 지역 IX의 일부로 임시 바타상 팜반사에 포함되었다.
바실란은 1984년 처음으로 분리 대표직을 부여받았고, 그 때 일반 바타상 팜반사로 선출된 한 대의원을 돌려보냈다.
1987년 2월 11일 공포된 새 헌법에 따라 이 지방은 단독 의회 선거구를 [5]구성하고 같은 해부터 복원된 중의원에 의원을 선출했다.
