대연소 플랜트
Large Combustion Plant Directive대형 연소 플랜트 지침(LCPD, 2001/80/EC)은 유럽연합 회원국들이 50 MW 이상의 열 용량을 가진 연소 플랜트에서 발생하는 연도 가스 배출을 입법적으로 제한하도록 요구한 유럽연합 지침이다.이 지침은 화석연료 발전소, 그리고 석유 정제소와 제철소와 같은 다른 대형 화력발전소에 적용되었다.[1]이산화황, 질소산화물 및 먼지에 대한 배출 제한 지침.[2]이 지시는 2001년 10월에 발표되었다.그것은 1988년 11월에 발표된 대규모 연소 발전소에 대한 이전의 EEC 지침인 88/609/EEC를 대체했다.[3]
지침의 조건에 따르면 1987년 이후에 건설된 연소 발전소는 특정 배출 제한을 준수해야 했다.2007년부터, 그것보다 더 일찍 건설된 발전소는 배출 한도를 준수하거나 "탈출"[4]할 수 있다.탈퇴한 공장은 최대 2만 시간의 추가 가동으로 제한돼 2015년 말까지 완전 폐쇄해야 했다.[5]유럽 전역에서 205개의 공장이 철수했으며, 영국이 총 용량 면에서 가장 많은 비중을 차지하고 있다.[6]
대연소 지시는 2016년 1월 1일 산업 배출 지령으로 대체되었다.[7]
