La Linière

라 리니에르 난민 캠프는 프랑스 덩케르크의 그랑 신테에 위치해 있었습니다. 2016년 3월 약 400만 유로를 들여 개장했습니다.[1]

캠프는 원래 훨씬 더 큰 계획의 축소된 버전이었습니다.[2] 이 캠프는 프랑스에 세워진 첫 번째 공식 난민 캠프였습니다. 약 1km 떨어져 있어 인도적 조건이 용납할 수 없을 정도로 열악했던 옛 바스로흐 난민촌에 살고 있는 난민들에게 긴급 구호를 하기 위해 지어졌습니다.

새로운 캠프를 건설한 원동력은 덩케르크 시장이었고, 건설은 난민들을 해안 지역에서 멀어지게 하려는 프랑스 정부의 정책과 반대로 진행되었습니다.[3]

라 리니에르(La Linière)는 이라크 쿠르드족을 중심으로 한 인구로 문을 열었을 때 최대 1500명의 이주민을 수용했습니다. 그 숫자들은 2016년 여름 약 600마리에서 2016년 가을 1600마리로 증가하는 동안 상당히 변동했습니다.[4]

캠프가 존재하는 동안 문제가 있었고 캠프에서 여성과 아이들이 강간과 구타의 대상이 되고 있고,[5] 많은 아이들이 단순히 사라지고 있다는 주장이 있었습니다.[6] 프랑스 정부는 또 총격과 칼부림 폭력을 캠프 내 우려 사항으로 꼽았습니다.[7]

이 캠프는 2017년 4월 아프가니스탄과 쿠르드족 주민들 간의 전투 이후 발생한 파괴적인 화재 이후 문을 닫았습니다.[8]

캠프가 존재하던 시기에 난민들을 지원하는 광범위한 조직들이 캠프에서 일했습니다. 여기에는 AFEJI,[9] MSF, Utopia 56,[10] OFII, Edlumino Education Aid[11] 등이 포함되었습니다.
