카통 파크 MRT 역은 싱가포르 카랑과 마린 퍼레이드의 계획 지역 경계에 위치한 톰슨-이스트 코스트 선의 미래 지하 매스 레피드 역이다.[2]이 역은 포트 로드, 탄종 루 로드, 마이어 로드 분기점 아래에 위치해 있으며 카통 공원을 운행할 것이다.
2014년에 발표된 이 역은 2016년에 착공되었다. 2024년에는 TEL의 4단계 역과 함께 개통될 것으로 예상된다. 다운타운 노선의 스티븐스나 프로메네이드처럼, 역은 층이 다른 플랫폼들이 노선의 양방향에 서비스를 제공하면서, 승강장 배치가 차곡차곡 쌓일 것이다.
역사
2014년 8월 15일, LTA는 카통 파크 역이 제안된 톰슨 이스트-코스트 선(TEL)의 일부가 될 것이라고 발표했다. 이 역은 설립자 기념관과 베이쇼어 사이 8개 역으로 구성된 4단계의 일부로 건설될 예정이며, 2024년에 완공될 예정이다.[3][4]
카퉁 공원 역의 설계 및 건설에 대한 계약 T305는 2016년 1월 2억9300만 달러(미화 2억12909만 달러)의 총액으로 상하이 터널 엔지니어링(싱가포르) Pte Ltd에 낙찰되었다. 2016년 착공해 2024년 완공됐다. 3.6킬로미터(2.2 mi)의 지루한 터널을 건설하기 위해서는 6.35미터(20.8피트) 직경의 지구 압력 균형(EPB) 기계를 사용해야 했다.[5][6]
그 역은 상당히 어렵게 건설되었다. 이 부지는 마이어로를 따라 공사용 복도가 좁아 공사할 수 있는 공간이 제한돼 있고, 역내 지반도 간척지에 조성돼 있어 주로 연질토다. 따라서, 이 역은 DTL Promenade 및 Stevens 역과 유사한 스택형 플랫폼 배치를 통해 공사를 위해 더 많은 토지를 취득할 필요가 없게 된다. 연약지반으로 인한 공사 위험을 최소화하기 위해 선택된 지반 스트레칭을 강화하여 튜닝 작업을 용이하게 했으며, 격막벽의 깊이는 28m(92ft)에 불과한 스테이션 박스의 높이를 넘어 65m(213ft)에 이른다.[7][8]
당초 2023년 개통될 것으로 예상됐던 COVID-19 대유행으로 인한 공사 제한으로 인해 노선 완공 시기가 지연되면서 2024년으로 늦춰졌다.[9]
측점내역
Located underneath the junction of Fort Road, Tanjong Rhu Road and Meyer Road, the station will serve residents of nearby condominiums such as The Belvedere, The Line @ Tanjong Rhu, The Waterside, Fulcrum, De Centurion, Palazzetto, Crystal Rhu, The View @ Meyer, La Ville, Fort Gardens, Emerald East, Fortville, The Meyer Place and Meyer Residence, a던먼 고등학교도 그렇고.[10] 역이 완성되면 탄종루후와 탄종카통역 사이에 있게 된다. 역번호는 TE24가 될 것이다.[11]
