오차드 MRT 역(Orchard MRT station)은 노스 사우스(NSL)선과 톰슨 이스트 코스트(TEL)선의 MRT(Mass Rapid Transit) 환승역입니다.오차드 대로를 따라 ION 오차드 아래에 위치한 이 역은 리아트 타워, 응게 앤 시티, 휠록 플레이스, 위즈마 아트리아 및 쇼 하우스 등 오차드 로드 쇼핑 구역의 다양한 상업 및 소매 개발을 제공합니다.

처음에는 스코츠(Scotts)로 발표되었으나, 이후 오차드 대로(Orchard Boulevard)로 이름이 바뀌었습니다.이 역은 1982년부터 원래 MRT 네트워크의 초기 계획의 일부였으며 1987년 12월 12일 아웃램 파크 역까지 MRT 연장과 함께 개통되었습니다.2012년 8월, 오차드 역이 계획된 TEL과 교환될 것이라고 발표되었습니다.TEL 플랫폼은 2022년 11월 13일 TEL Stage 3(TEL3)의 일부로 개통되었습니다.

노스사우스 선

Orchard NSL 플랫폼

톰슨 이스트코스트 선

오차드역은 2012년 8월 29일 22역 톰슨 노선(TSL)과의 환승역으로 처음 발표되었습니다.[19][20]TEL 및 관련 터널의 설계 및 시공 계약은 2014년 7월에 Penta-Ocean Construction Co Ltd와 Bachy Soletanche Singapore Pte Ltd 간의 합작 회사에 4억 9천 8백만 싱가포르 달러(3억 7천 160만 달러)로 체결되었습니다.2014년 착공하여 2021년 완공 예정.[21][22]

2014년 8월 15일, 육상 교통국(LTA)은 TSL이 동부 지역 노선과 합병하여 톰슨-동부 해안 노선(TEL)을 형성할 것이라고 발표했습니다.제안된 노선의 일부인 오차드 역은 Mount Pleasant와 Gardens by the Bay 사이의 13개 역으로 구성된 TEL 3의 일부로 건설될 예정입니다.[23][24]코로나19 범유행으로 역 건설에 필요한 자재 및 인력 공급에 제한이 가해지면서 TEL3 준공일이 2022년으로 1년 늦춰졌습니다.[25]

TEL 플랫폼과 NSL 플랫폼 간의 링크웨이는 파이프-루프(pipe-roofing) 방법을 사용하였습니다.박스 터널을 형성하기 위해 인터로킹 강관을 설치하는 것은 싱가포르에서 처음으로 접을 수 있는 마이크로 터널 보링 기계를 사용해야 했습니다.[26]이 방법은 교통 및 지상 건물 구조물에 미치는 영향을 최소화하기 위해 사용되었습니다.[27]기존 NSL 스테이션의 하부에 설치된 새로운 박스 구조물은 좁은 공간과 사방을 뚫을 수 있는 특수 장비를 사용하여 채광 및 지지 공법을 통해 제작되었습니다.[26]LTA는 NSL 운영에 대한 중단을 최소화하기 위해 스테이션 운영자인 SMRT와 조정해야 했습니다.[27] 채굴 작업은 승인된 설계와 방법에 따라 엄격하게 수행됩니다.[26]

2022년 3월 9일, 교통부 장관인 스와란은 의회에서 TEL 3가 그 해 하반기에 개통될 것이라고 발표했습니다.[28]2022년 10월 7일, 아웃램 파크와 맥스웰 역을 방문한 이스와란이 확인한 바와 같이,[29][30][31] TEL 플랫폼은 11월 13일에 운영을 시작했습니다.[32]

세부 사항

탕스와 인접한 오차드 MRT역 입구

오차드역은 NSL과 TEL의 환승역입니다.공식 스테이션 코드는 NS22/TE14입니다.NSL에서는 뉴턴 역과 서머셋 역 사이에, TEL에서는 오차드 대로 역과 그레이트 월드 역 사이에 있습니다.[33]NSL의 열차는 약 2분에서 5분 간격으로 운행되며,[34] TEL의 열차는 약 5분 간격으로 운행됩니다.[35]NSL과 TEL의 일부로, 이 역은 SMRT 트레인에 의해 운영됩니다.[36]

건축학

노스사우스 선

1987년부터 2006년까지 존재했던 이 역의 옛 출입구로, 이후 이온 오차드 상가를 위해 철거됨

역에는 분홍색, 빨간색, 회색의 일반적인 색상이 있습니다.[39][40]MRT 시스템의 "쇼피스"로 의도된 오차드 NSL 역은 관광 벨트의 중심이 될 것이었기 때문에 "대담한" 디자인을 채택했습니다.이와 같이, 대칭적이고 원형적인 모티프가 디자인에 포함되었으며,[41] 역의 원형 중앙홀 위에 돔이는 역 디자인의 핵심입니다.[42][43]원통형 기둥에 의해 지지된 돔은 직경 11.5 미터(38 피트), 높이 5.5 미터(18 피트)의 크기로 회색으로 된 160개의 삼각형 패널로 구성되어 있습니다.[42]하지만 2008년 1월 15일 ION 오차드 개발과 함께 돔이 철거되었습니다.[44][45]콩코스는 두 종류의 화강암을 병치하여 특별히 깎은 동심원 패턴의 방사형 화강암 바닥 디자인을 갖추고 있습니다.[43][40]
