자무스 제롬 림치우이([1][2]Jamus Jerome Lim Chee Wui, 1976년 ~ )는 싱가포르의 정치인, 경제학자, 부교수입니다. 노동자당(WP) 소속인 임 위원은 셍캉GRC의 앵커베일 부서를 대표하는 의원(MP)으로 활동해 왔습니다. 2020년부터 당 중앙집행위원회(CEC) 정책연구부 부부장을 맡고 있습니다.[3][4]

초기의 삶과 경력

임씨는 싱가포르에서 초기 교육의 일환으로 가톨릭 고등학교, Raffles Institution과 Raffles Junior College를 다녔습니다.[1] 그는 국가 복무 기간 동안 싱가포르 국군(SAF)에서 복무했습니다.[1]

임 위원장은 2019년 9월 노동당(WP)의 당원이 되었고, 이전에 당의 풀뿌리 활동에 자원했습니다.[9]

어린 시절, 림은 럭비 선수, 드러머, 그리고 스스로 "솔리테어 정크"라고 선언했습니다.[11] 임 씨는 칠레계 미국인 작가 에네이다 패트리샤 알칼데와 결혼했습니다. 2019년에 태어난 딸이 있습니다.[28]
