Ingrebourne Valley
Ingrebourne Valley는 런던 Havering 구 Hornchurch에 있는 지역 자연보호구역입니다.Havering Council이 소유하고 관리하며, Essex Wildlife Trust가 관리하는 방문자 센터가 있습니다.대부분은 잉그리본 강 서쪽에 있는 혼처치 컨트리 파크에 있지만 LNR의 일부인 공원 북쪽과 남쪽 지역도 있습니다.이곳은 삼림, 초원, 강, 습지 등 다양한 서식지를 가지고 있다.이곳은 큰 벼룩새, 느린 벌레, 수확용 쥐,[1][2][3] 물밭쥐를 포함한 다양한 식물, 동물, 조류의 중요한 장소입니다.
