아나바(In-dah-bah[missing stress][needs IPA];[1] * Xhosa 발음: [iⁿd̥a̤ːaa])는 남아프리카 공화국의 줄루족과 소사족의 이진두나(주요 남성)가 개최하는 중요한 회의다.[2] (이러한 만남은 스와지족에 의해서도 행해지고 있는데, 스와지족은 가까운 동족인 인자바를 이용하여 이를 가리킨다.) 인다바스는 특정 공동체의 이진두나만을 포함할 수도 있고, 다른 공동체의 대표자와 함께 개최할 수도 있다.[2]
