Friend Me는 실제 웹사이트 쿠폰 서비스 회사인 Groupon에 관한 미국 TV 코미디 시리즈물이다.작가 앨런 키르센바움과 아제이 사갈이 만든 이 시리즈는 CBS TV 스튜디오에서 제작할 예정이었으나, 이후 키르센바움이 자살한 후에는 방영되지 않았다.[1]2013년 7월 29일 취소된 것으로 확인되었으며, 시리즈를 소각할 계획은 없다.[2][3]

플롯

이 시리즈는 그룹온에서 새로운 삶을 시작하기 위해 로스앤젤레스로 이주한 두 20대 남자에 이은 것이다.한 사람이 새로운 도시에서 자신을 다시 만들기로 결심하는 동안, 다른 사람들은 인디애나 블루밍턴에 있는 그들의 오래된 친구 그룹에 매달린다.

CBS는 2012년 5월에 시리즈 주문을 했다.[10]이 시리즈는 2012-13년 텔레비전 시즌의 중간 시즌 엔트리로 초연될 것으로 예상되었다.[11]그러나 2012년 12월 6일 CBS는 중간 시즌 일정에 시리즈가 포함되지 않았다고 밝혔다.[12]이 시리즈는 2012년 10월 26일 자살로 세상을 떠난 공동 창작자 앨런 키르센바움에게 마지막 프로젝트가 될 것이다.[13]
