델라웨어 강령 제4장 제7장에는 주류는 특별히 허가된 업소에서만 판매되며, 오전 9시에서 1시 사이에만 판매하도록 규정하고 있다.[17] 2003년까지 델라웨어는 청색법을 시행하는 여러 주에 속했고 일요일에는 주류 판매를 금지했다.[18]
