소포체단백질 29(ERP29)는 ERP29 유전자에 ^[5]의해 인체 내에서 코드되는 샤페론 단백질이다.

기능.

ERp29는 소포체(ER)의 내강에 존재하는 단백질인 레티쿨로플라스민이다.이 단백질은 이황화물 이성질화효소 계열과 ^[6]배열 유사성을 보인다.단, 이 과의 티오레독신 모티브 특성은 결여되어 있어 이 단백질이 디술피드 ^[6]이성질화효소로서 기능하지 않음을 시사한다.단백질은 이량화되어 ER 내에서 분비 단백질의 처리에 역할을 하는 것으로 생각됩니다.대체 스플라이싱으로 인해 여러 개의 트랜스크립트 배리언트가 서로 다른 ^[5]Isoform을 인코딩합니다.
