해군[1] 부사령관은 1793년부터 1816년까지 통신위원회의 의장을 맡고 해군위원회의[2] 내·외부의 모든 통신을 관리한 후 1829년부터 1832년까지 다시 한 번 관리하는 책임을 맡은 해군위원회 해군위원회 주임원이었다. 그는 해군 사무소에 근무하고 있었다.

역사
