이 회사는 1995년에 로빙 소프트웨어로 설립되었고, 2004년에 현재의 이름으로 설립되었다.[5]
2008년 5월 콘스탄트 콘택트의 첫 인수는 모든 규모의 워크샵, 세미나 및 컨퍼런스를 위한 이벤트 관리 시스템인 e2M 시스템이었다.

2015년 11월 인터내셔널 인텐더십 인터내셔널이 11억 달러에 콘티넨털 컨택트를 인수했다.[13]
2021년 2월 클리어레이크캐피털(지구력 인터내셔널 인수)은 시리스캐피탈과 합작으로 4억달러의 투자와 독립형 사업에[14] 대한 상시 접촉의 스핀아웃을 발표했다.
