중화인민공화국 대외우호협회(CAPEC, 중국어: 中國人人对外 or or or 또는 중국어: 中國人国人友 or or)는 중화인민공화국의 주요 외교 조직 중 하나이다.이 기구는 중국의 자매 도시 관계를 관리한다.[1]중국 국민과 외국 간의 우호 증진과 상호 이해를 도모하는 것이 목표지만, 관측통들은 중국 공산당과의 관계를 경시하면서 엘리트들의 이익을 증진시키기 위해 영향력을 행사하고 공동선도하는 연합전선 체제의 최전방 기구의 역할을 하고 있다고 지적했다.중앙 관리 [2][3][4][5]위원회
