카사 콘도미니오 레스티넨자(CASA)는 캐나다 온타리오 주 토론토 시내 블로어 스트리트와 융 스트리트 교차로 인근 찰스 스트리트 이스트 33번지에 있는 고층 콘도미니엄 건물이다.[1][2]건축가의 뉴모더니스트 디자인이 특징이다.유리 커튼월을 강조하는 동맹, 단상에서 꼭대기까지 발코니가 건물을 감싸고 있다.돌출된 콘크리트 슬라브는 최종 층의 지붕에서 설계를 마무리한다.밤에는 밑에서 불이 들어온다.발코니 자체에는 투명한 유리로 된 발코니들이 있으며, 찰스 스트리트를 마주보고 있는 연단의 주요 정면도 검은색 벽돌로 액자를 넣은 유리 커튼월을 광범위하게 사용하고 있다.
2006년 1월 13일 The Globe and Mail은 2005년 11월 Casa가 가장 많이 팔린 콘도 3대 중 하나라고 보도했다.[3]
2013년 2월 15일, The Globe and Mail의 부동산 특파원 시드니아 유는 이 빌딩에서 최근에 팔린 펜트하우스 스위트 중 하나를 프로파일링했다.[7]스위트룸은 2백만 달러에 팔렸다.
2015년 2월 26일 메트로뉴스는 이 건물을 "남블루어 동부 도시 경관을 변화시킨 최초의 타워 중 하나"[8]라고 묘사했다.인근에 56층짜리 2차 타워가 2016년 완공돼 '카사 2호'로 불린다.[9]메트로뉴스는 2018년 완공된 세 번째 타워인 카사 3세를 "용에거리에서 뚜렷하게 보일 중요한 이정표"라고 표현했다.[10][8]
